Scientific Animation & Poster Design for Life Science Companies

MoA animations, conference posters and sales visuals that make your science clear in seconds. Built from your data, checked by people who understand it, and ready for the congress, the investor meeting or the sales call.

For biotech, medtech, diagnostics, CRO, CDMO and scientific instrument companies presenting to experts and decision makers.

· The short answer

What is scientific visual design?

Scientific visual design turns complex biology, chemistry or engineering into images people understand at a glance: animations that show a mechanism of action, posters that hold attention in a congress hall, and sales materials that explain your product without a scientist in the room.

Accurate

Correct down to the detail

Every pathway, structure and data point is checked against your publications and results. Experts spot errors fast, so there cannot be any.

Clear

Understood in seconds

A visitor walking past your poster or a CEO skimming your deck gets the point before they decide whether to read on.

Reusable

One visual, many channels

An animation becomes stills for your website, a loop for your booth screen and clips for LinkedIn. You pay for the science once.

· What we make

Scientific Animation, Posters and Sales Visuals

Pick one deliverable or combine them for a launch or a conference. Each ends in final files you can use straight away.

Animation

MoA and 3D scientific animation

Show how your drug, device or assay works, at the molecular or cellular level. Produced with our specialist 3D animation partner, scripted and science-checked by us.

OutputMP4 in 16:9, square and vertical, plus stills

Posters

Scientific poster design

Conference and congress posters with a clear story, a readable hierarchy and figures that work from three metres away. Built to the congress size and deadline.

OutputPrint-ready PDF, editable source, e-poster version

Sales visuals

Sales and conference visuals

Graphical abstracts, infographics, sell sheets, brochures and booth materials, built on the same checked science.

OutputVector, web and print-ready files

· How it works

From your data to final files in three steps

The science is fixed before anything is designed or animated, so revisions are about polish, not about facts.

  1. Brief and science review

Audience, channel and the one message the visual must land. Then we work through your papers and data before writing a word.

    OutputAgreed scope and approved facts

  2. Script and layout

A storyboard for animation, a wireframe for posters and print.

OutputStoryboard or layout to sign off

  3. Production and delivery

Design, modelling and animation with review rounds built in, then every format you need plus the editable source.

    OutputFinal files, ready to use

· Why scientists stop and look

Scientific Visuals That Experts Trust and Buyers Understand

We work from a scientific background, so we read your data before we design around it. That avoids the two ways scientific visuals usually fail.

Common problem 1

Beautiful, but scientifically wrong

A designer without a science background draws the receptor in the wrong place or simplifies a pathway until it is no longer true. Your potential clients will notice.

  • Structures and pathways checked against your sources
  • Facts locked before production starts

Common problem 2

Correct, but nobody gets it

Made by the team that did the research, the visual shows everything at once. Investors, partners and busy congress visitors walk past.

  • One message per visual, the detail underneath
  • Tested on someone outside your field before delivery

· Who it's for

Scientific animation and poster design is for you if

  • You have a congress, launch or investor round coming and your science takes ten minutes to explain.
  • Your mechanism of action only makes sense when someone draws it on a whiteboard.
  • Your sales team needs one visual that does the explaining for them.

· FAQ

Scientific animation and poster design questions

It depends on length, level of detail and whether you need 2D or full 3D. A short 2D explainer costs a fraction of a fully modelled 3D MoA animation. After a short brief we send a fixed quote, so there are no surprises during production.

Posters usually take days to a few weeks, depending on review rounds. Animation takes longer because the script and storyboard are signed off before production starts. We plan backwards from your congress, launch or investor date and tell you upfront if a deadline is too tight.

We have a biopharmaceutical sciences background and work from your publications and data. Facts, storyboard and layout are fixed before production, and claims can go through regulatory or medical review when they need it.

Biond writes the script, checks the science and manages the project. The 3D modelling and animation are produced by a specialist scientific animation partner. You have one point of contact throughout.

Every format you need: MP4 in 16:9, square and vertical for animation, a print-ready PDF and an e-poster version for posters, and vector and web images for illustrations. You also receive the editable source files.
